Join us for Prayer & Yoga on the church lawn!
Classes are led by Yoga Instructor Amy Kerman-Gutzmer
9:00-9:45 AM, Saturdays through October. In case of bad weather, we will meet inside.
Dress comfortably. Bring a mat, a water bottle. If we meet inside, wear your mask inside at all times.
Suggested donation: $10
The yoga will be gentle, calming, and flowing.
